My festive experience with English Muffin Pizzas

So when I got home from school yesterday, I was so indecisive on what to have as a snack/lunch. As you can see I got a little creative. I spotted some English muffins in the refrigerator and I knew exactly what I wanted. I haven't had English muffin pizzas in SO so long, and I forgot how simply amazing they are.

I STRONGLY recommend you use Thomas brand English muffins. The taste and texture of them just work so well and they toast up so nicely. It gets all crispy on the edges and stuff. Yeah. Crispy is good.

What you'll need:
-Thomas English muffins
-Tomato sauce/pizza sauce (I used my mom's homemade tomato sauce)
-mozzarella cheese
-any other toppings you desire (pepperoni, oregano, etc)

Preheat oven or toaster oven to 375 degrees

I'm pretty sure you don't need an explanation, but just cut the English muffins in half, and spread some sauce over the "nooks n' crannies", and arrange mozzarella cheese and other toppings however you like on top. I cut little strips from a block of mozzarella and laid them in the shape of an asterisk (*). Be an artist with your cheese.

Bake for about ten minutes or until the cheese is melty and browning around the ends.
