Merry "Questmas" everyone! So, Quest Bars are kind of my obsession. I am completely addicted to them, but that's okay. Since everyone loves to be so inventive and creative with Quest Bar creations, I decided to make a Quest Gingerbread House.
If you'd like to make one like mine, here's what you'll need:
- 1 cinnamon roll quest bar
- plain nonfat Greek Yogurt
- Sweetener
- vanilla extract
- sprinkles/dark chocolate chips/ misc toppings
In a small bowl, combine yogurt, vanilla, and sweetener to taste. This will be your "frosting". Use a rolling pin to roll out the Quest Bar, cut desired sized house shapes out and model them with your hands to get them the way you want them. The pieces should stick together quite nicely because of the sticky, soft texture. Drizzle "frosting" on the connecty parts and wherever else you want, top with sprinkles or candy or whatever.
