So I LOVE pancakes, like LOVE LOVE pancakes. However, whenever I wanted pancakes I would always want to make them from scratch with whole grain flours, and to be honest, it is a hassle, but they did always come out awesome. A lot of times though, I get that craving for box mix pancakes like Bisquick and Aunt Jemima, and I know the ingredients in those can get kinda creepy and might make us feel quite sluggish and lethargic after breakfast.
I stumbled upon Kodiak Cakes one day on the internet, and checked out their website. They have really awesome whole grain mixes and syrups, and I was in love with the ingredients list on the pancake & waffle mix. Here is the ingredients for the Buttermilk & Honey flavor:

Sounds perfect to me. AND TO MAKE THESE PANCAKES IS AS EASY AS JUST ADDING WATER. YEP. THAT'S IT. And they taste JUST like, if not BETTER than Aunt Jemima/ Bisquick mixes. I'm serious. You get that same amazing taste, and some seriously healthy pancakes.

I promise you this is the BEST pancake mix I have ever tasted, I don't miss Aunt J in the slightest! 10/10 would recommend. I can't wait to try out making waffles with this mix!
