Ingredients:
-one 15oz can of chickpeas, rinsed and drained-handful of parsley
-half a yellow onion, chopped
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1 tbsp rolled oats
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1 tbsp rolled oats
-1/2 tsp chili powder-1/2 tsp paprika, or more.
-1 tsp coriander
-salt and pepper to taste
-chopped/shredded zucchini and carrot. I wanted to add veggies and these added really nice flavor :) Add any other veggies you would like!
*you can really afford to play around with the measurements of seasonings to your liking.
Directions:
-Pat rinsed chickpeas with a paper towel and combine all ingredients in a food processor/veggie chopper. You can add the chopped zucchini and carrot last if you want them in bigger chunks, but it's up to you! Your mixture should look a little somethin like this:

separate and shape the mixture into four patties
Spray a pan with oil and cook the patties on medium low heat until brown and crispy on the outsides.
